Founder / health entrepreneur
Over the past 30 years, his travels have taken him to Africa, Asia, Australasia, The Americas and Europe, where he has experienced many different cultures, cuisines and their unique style of hospitality.
Utilising his wealth of knowledge Alvin has managed and served at prestigious corporate dining events and organisations nationally and internationally.
In addition, Alvin has also had the privilege of serving various celebrities and Heads of State including HRH, Queen Elizabeth II, aboard the famous ship QE2.
Co-Founder / Head Chef
Louise is an internationally trained chef with a wealth of experience behind her, having worked with some of the world’s most renowned chefs, such as Mark Gregory and Marco Pierre White.
For over 33 years, Louise has worked globally for clients, such as Shell, Four Seasons, Hilton Group, Chelsea Hotel and Connaught Rooms. Her last role was a 15 years tenure serving at corporate high table events within the British Government.
In her career, Louise has also won numerous national and international chef awards.
Occasionally, we may feature guest chefs/cooks from around the world with expertise in a variety and of classical and international cuisine.
Our aim is to ensure that no animals are harmed in the production of delicious dishes.
